Are there any special requirements for hardware or software of my computer?
No. If you can play a YouTube video, then you can play our videos as well.
Is there a computer in your language school which students could use?
Yes, there are two computers available to our students in our school for them to be able to use our program even if they do not have a computer at home.
Will there be new lessons soon?
Yes, we are working on them right now. :-)
Can I download the videos to my smartphone?
If your phone can play videos, it can play our videos. Please, contact us if you encounter any problems.
What if I lose my passport?
We are always ready to help you in such situations.
